The cheese is made by Shirevale in Nottinghamshire: one of just seven dairies licensed to make white stilton.

It doesnt make any of the better known blue variety on site, meaning that their white stilton has a lovely subtle, creamy taste and crumbly texture.

Robyn Figueira, Senior Buying Manager at Ocado, comments: Gingerbread and cheese might seem like a strange mix at first, but thanks to the white stiltons clean and fresh taste, this flavour combination really works.
