Appearing on the show as part of a chaotic panel of guest for the Thursday evening, the 31-year-old sports and reality star revealed he has a strict pre-match routine which wife Faryal may not be a fan of.
Asked by hosts Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid about rule and rituals before a big competition, the boxer explained he doesnt allow his wife or family near him for seven weeks.
Its about keeping your family away and staying focused. Sometimes its a good thing to keep your family way, he told the duo.

It comes to a stage where you are tunnel vision. Sometimes having your kids around or family around can take you away from that.

And, that means things in the bedroom also take a break as he admitted he doesnt have sex for seven weeks before a match.
Pressed on whether he adhered to a bedroom ban before fights, he added: Yes. A long time. Six or seven weeks.
However, it seems the same cant be said for French footballer Adil Rami, who is going out with former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson.
I dont think that rule applies. Not to me anyway, she revealed when asked.
