Manly is coming off a heartbreaking NRL defeat but coach Trent Barrett still expects his players to feature prominently in State of Origin duties.
Jake Trbojevic played all three games for NSW last year, but his brother Tom could join him in the Blues' line-up.
Tom could be fighting it out for a wing position with Canberra's Nick Cotric, with the pair having outstanding matches in their Friday night match.
Melbourne's Josh Addo-Carr seems almost certain to claim one wing spot, meaning selectors face a tough call over Tom Trbojevic and Cotric.
But Trbojevic has played in the centres for Australia, while Cotric started out as a fullback and could go there if incumbent NSW No.1 James Tedesco is axed.
Sea Eagles captain Daly Cherry-Evans is right in contention for Queensland, while Barrett also pushed the claims of the suspended Api Koroisau for the Blues.
"You talk about potential rep players, it's a three game series and hopefully he (Koroisau) can get a game in there somewhere," Barrett said.
"We did miss him tonight, particularly defensively."
"Tom and Jake are well in the frame and I'd be surprised if they don't get picked.
"He (Tom) is a fullback but wherever they pick him, if they want to pick him on the wing or at centre he will handle it.
"He will probably give Freddy the luxury of playing with two fullbacks if they want to design a game plan around that with Tedesco and Turbo.
"If either of the boys aren't in the first game, you don't put the cue in the rack because there is three."
