Biscoff ice cream exists and we don’t think we’ve ever been this excited about a dessert. Ever.
Just yesterday we revealed that Ben & Jerry’s has just released a new birthday cake flavour, which features cake batter ice cream, pink frosting, strawberry swirls and cake pieces.
But it seems the internet is more invested in the Lotus releases – which come in a variety of ice cream forms.
Firstly, we’ve got to burst your bubble by telling you that the Lotus Biscoff ice cream we’re about to show you is not yet available in the UK.
However, that doesn’t make the news any less exciting.
The biscuit brand announced last April that an ice cream range is now available. There’s soft scoop ice cream, cones, and crunchy-looking Magnum-inspired ice cream that come covered in crushed Biscoff, coated in chocolate.
We know, it sounds amazing.
People lucky enough to try the ice cream – otherwise known as Speculoos – which is available across Europe, have been taking to Instagram to tease all of us UK citizens with photos:
Twitter has been equally as excited:

While we are super sad that the actual Lotus-branded ice cream is not available over here, Biscoff ice cream is something you can find in the UK.
Many ice cream parlours and waffle houses offer scoops of Biscoff ice cream, amongst a variety of other ice creams including Kinder Bueno and Bubblegum.
This includes Alanda’s Gelateria in Scotland, Scoops in Southsea and Pastures Moo in Rotherham.
So, if you’re dying to get your hands on a scoop, you best start booking your train tickets.
